2019 BMW 330i xDrive

We're behind the wheel of the all new 2019 BMW 330i xDrive with some help from some of the 3 Series' lineage.

Our full tour and review of the 2019 BMW 330i xDrive G20 sedan goes in-depth on the features and tech found on this all-new 7th generation BMW 3 Series. We go over the new exterior design language on this vehicle, including some of the technical enhancements made to the new chassis and platform. Exterior features include LED headlights with Laser as an option, LED fog lights, front and rear Park Distance Control, Surround View cameras, active grille shutters, power folding mirrors, comfort access, power trunk, and M Sport package.

Inside we find the cognac Vernasca leather seating with heat for the front and outboard rear seats, heated steering wheel, tri-zone automatic climate control, 10.25" iDrive screen, 12.3" BMW Live Cockpit, anthracite headliner, 10 speaker audio system, and ambient lighting. We go over the tech on this vehicle as well as seat comfort and overall visibility.

We then take the 2019 BMW 330i on a comprehensive road test to talk about how this all new vehicle performs and handles on the road, and if the 255 horsepower engine is enough for daily use, along with a 0-100km (0-60mph) launch test. We discuss our impressions after driving it almost 900km during our week, including the final fuel economy we achieved during our 100km test loop.

We wrap up our review of the G20 BMW 3 Series with a list of our likes and dislikes for this vehicle, and our final impressions after spending a full week with the Ultimate Driving Machine.
